As of September 2024 and to ensure a simple fee structure for marketplace usage, the following non-refundable/non-prorated fees are imposed to the marketplace owner:

* Seller to offer a new contract = 0.0002 aETH
* Buyer to purchase a contract = 0.0002 aETH
* Seller to claim proceeds = 0.0002 aETH
